Chiron Health is a consulting practice specializing in women’s hormone health.
In person or tele-health options are available. Fill out a brief intake form that allows me to assess your needs and be sure they are within my scope of practice. Once this is done you will receive an access email to my patient portal and appointment calendar.

The All-In Wellness Package
A 75 minute session to discuss your health history, current concerns and goals. Together we’ll review past and on-going treatments, what’s working and what’s not. You’ll leave with an actionable set of steps, any necessary lab orders and a follow-up appointment.

A 50 minute session to review any lab results, discuss progress and fine tune your treatment plan.
$175
A three session plan. Initial consultation and two follow up visits over the course of six months. This package is an ideal commitment to support your transformation over several months of collaboration.
