Welcome
A deeply personal welcome to my patients, familiar and new.
It is my mission to provide holistic health care to women in which they feel heard and their concerns validated. Together we embark on a collaborative relationship to decrease suffering and increase vitality.
Hormonal health…such a broad topic. It includes peri-menopause and menopause but also hormonal imbalances that may occur earlier in a woman’s life cycle. Reaching optimal wellness means addressing the foundational web of gut health, stress, nutrition, and movement.
You are the driver of your health and I work as an expert companion to inspire transformation.
Yours in Health,
Paula
